By using Outpost you agree to the following terms
Terms and Conditions
By accepting the Outpost Customer Agreement, either by signing up to receive the Outpost Services online, by separate contract between You and Us or by starting to use or authorizing any User (as defined below) to access or use any of the Outpost Services, or by otherwise indicating your acceptance of the Outpost Customer Agreement, including by way of a Outpost Trial (as defined below), You agree and understand that, from the Effective Date (as defined below), a legally binding contract will exist between the You and Us for the Outpost Services which will be governed by terms of this Outpost Customer Agreement
Definitions
We / Us / Our Outpost CRM.
Effective Date The date on which you gain access to Outpost products, including the Outpost Trial as defined below.
Outpost Apps The gallery of consumer facing 'apps' (extensions) that Outpost manages and develops internally.
Process The collection, storage, usage, and/or distribution of information.
Security Our internal security protocols and measures that protect your Outpost data.
Services / Outpost Services The CRM tools and services made available via official Outpost applications and software distributions.
Outpost Trial The seven day free-of-charge usage trial offered to consumers when initially signing up to Outpost.
Outpost Users Individuals or entities who have registered accounts with Outpost CRM.
Data Integration The process of combining data from various sources within the Outpost CRM system.
Lead Management The process of tracking and managing potential customer information within the Outpost CRM platform.
Customization The ability for users to tailor the Outpost CRM interface and features to their specific business needs.
Support The assistance and guidance provided by Outpost CRM to its users for technical or operational issues.
Outpost Dashboard The main interface where users can access and manage their real estate data and activities.
Importing The process of file-based data importing / appending on Outpost.
Exporting The process data exporting / file packaging on Outpost.

Reserved Entitlements
The rights and entitlements that we reserve as Outpost CRM
Analytical Monitoring We may monitor usage data for internal research, product development and advancement.
Trial Termination The right for us to pause, terminate, or otherwise manipulate your Outpost Trial.
Billing Cycle Termination The right for us to pause, terminate, or otherwise manipulate your Outpost billing cycle. This pertains to any subscription offered by us.
Data Retention The right for Outpost CRM to retain user data for a specified period after account termination or cancellation.
Service Interruption The right for Outpost CRM to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or upgrades.
Feature Limitation The right for Outpost CRM to limit certain features based on the user's subscription plan or account type.

General Terms
Privacy Policy The guidelines outlining how Outpost CRM collects, uses, and safeguards user information and data.
Data Security Our commitment to implementing security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
We reserve the right to update or modify the features and functionalities of Outpost CRM with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right to use your name or logo on our website or promotional Outpost material
User Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Outpost Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ownership of Data You retain full ownership of all data entered into the Outpost CRM, even after termination of services.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
Warranties and Guarantees Outpost CRM warrants that its services will perform in accordance with the descriptions outlined in the agreement.
Termination of Services Either party may terminate this agreement in accordance with the termination clause provided. Upon termination, Outpost CRM will provide the data to the user in a commonly used file format.
Use of Third-party Services Any use of third-party services integrated with Outpost CRM is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
Regulatory Compliance Outpost CRM agrees to comply with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Updates to the Agreement Outpost CRM reserves the right to update the terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes to the agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties Outpost CRM does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of its services.
Notices All official notices regarding this agreement will be sent to the email address provided during the account registration process.

Limitation of Liability
Outpost CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Outpost CRM harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Outpost Services.

Regarding Outpost Calls
Outpost Calls is an extension of Outpost offered to teams to place and track calls effectively, this app records calls in order to power the transcription and logging services we offer. In most US states, only one party of a call is required to consent, however; in some US states there must be consent from borth parties. If you live in one of these states, the responsibility to collect consent is in the hands of the Outpost user; and Outpost CRM is not liable for any violations of state recording law.
Billing is extensively documented at checkout; and is subject to change at any time. Outpost CRM reserves the right to change the pricing of Outpost Calls at any time. Furthermore, minutes charged are always rounded upwards to the next minute.
